• All activities that occur under your account or through your use of the Software
• Backing up your data and information used with the Software

7. Disclaimers

• Any warranties that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted
• Any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Software or its content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Software, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall the Licensor's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Software or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

11. Updates and Modifications

The Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice. The Licensor may also modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated terms. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the use of the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
